White Label SEO Pricing: What Agencies Pay For and What's Included
If you are about to resell SEO, the first question is simple: what will it cost you, and what do you get for it? You need that answer before you can quote a client with any confidence.
This guide walks through how we price white label SEO at White Label Agency, what sits inside each plan, and the questions worth asking any partner before you sign. Everything here comes from our pricing page and our white label SEO service.
How white label SEO is usually priced
Most white label SEO is sold in two parts:
- A one-time start-up. Technical clean-up, keyword research, tracking and local listings. This is the groundwork that has to happen before monthly work pays off.
- A monthly program. Ongoing on-page work, links, content and reporting, sized to how far the client needs to reach.
Some partners also sell single pieces, such as an audit or a link building add-on. We do too. You can buy one piece or the full program.
Part 1: the SEO start-up
Every SEO program we run starts with the same on-page start-up. The set-up cost depends on the site, so we quote it after we see the client's website. Here is what it covers:
- Crawl and fix list. We run crawlers to find errors, warnings and duplicate content, then propose a fix for each issue.
- Keyword research. Final keywords are applied to title tags, alt tags, meta data, H1s and H2s on the homepage and the main service pages.
- Conversion analytics. Tracking on every page so you can see what visitors do.
- SEO score tracking. Domain rank, backlinks and trust, measured against the client's competitors.
- Sitemap and Search Console. We inspect the XML sitemap and submit it through Google Search Console if needed.
- Schema review. We review or install structured data.
- Backlink audit. A quality check on the links the site already has.
- Directories and profiles. Business directory accounts, plus Google Business Profile and Bing Places optimization.
- KPI goals. Conversion goals set and monitored against agreed KPIs.
- Call tracking. Unique numbers that show which calls came from organic, direct, paid and referral.
- Conversion path advice. Navigation, structure, content and call-to-action changes as new pages and services come online.
When you compare partners, ask for this list in writing. A low monthly price with no start-up often means the groundwork is skipped or billed later.
Part 2: the monthly SEO programs
We offer three monthly plans. The difference is reach: how many pages you target and how much link and content work goes in each month.
| Local | Regional | National | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Small businesses in one location | Businesses serving a broader metro or region | Nationwide service providers |
| Keyword and landing page targets | 2 | 4 | 8 |
| Monthly content and technical hours | 0.5 | 1 | 2 |
| Local GEO link building | Yes | Yes | No |
| Link building | No | Yes | Yes |
| Blog writing, up to 1,000 words a month | No | No | Yes |
Every plan includes keyword research and strategy, on-page SEO setup, competitor analysis, conversion tracking, Google Business Profile and Bing Places optimization, citation building, a dedicated SEO manager and a monthly SEO report.
Which plan fits which client
- Local suits a business with one location and a tight service area, such as a single-office practice or a contractor working one county.
- Regional suits a business covering a metro area or several towns. It adds link building on top of local link work.
- National suits a provider that sells across the country. It doubles the page targets and adds monthly blog content.
If you are not sure, send us the client's site and goals. We will review it and recommend a plan on a short call.
Add-ons that change the price
- White label link building. You can add link building to any campaign, whether we run the SEO or your team does. On two of our published programs, a steady 2 to 4 quality links per month built authority without triggering penalties.
- AI SEO. AI SEO adds schema, entity work and question-based content so clients can show up in AI Overviews as well as standard results.
- Web design and landing pages. If the site needs rebuilding first, our web packages start at $1,499, with extra pages at $299 and a Webflow landing page at $999.
Contract terms that affect your cost
Price is only half the deal. Terms decide how much risk you carry.
- Month-to-month. No yearly contract. You can cancel at short notice.
- No client minimum. You can start with one client.
- Priced per package, not per client. There are no volume tiers to hit and no hidden extras.
- Discounts for commitment. We offer discounts on quarterly and annual commitments.
Ask every partner the same four questions. If the answers are a 12-month lock-in, a client minimum or fees that show up after the first invoice, factor that into your margin.
How to price white label SEO to your clients
You set your own retail price. A few practical rules help:
- Price the start-up separately. Clients understand a one-time setup. It also covers your cost if a client leaves early.
- Match the plan to the promise. Do not sell national reach on a Local plan. Page targets and link work decide what is realistic.
- Bundle the reporting. Every plan comes with a white-labeled monthly report you can forward as your own. Make it part of the value you sell.
- Know your number before you quote. Our discovery call exists for exactly this. You leave with scope and wholesale pricing, so you know your margin before the client sees a proposal.
What results look like
Pricing only matters if the work moves numbers. On a combined SEO and Google Ads program for a Northern Virginia roofing contractor, organic sessions rose 15.8%, branded clicks went from 41 to 431 and form submissions rose 63% year over year. For an accounting firm in the same region, SEO, Google Ads and content took organic traffic from near zero to more than 1,000 monthly visitors in 18 months.
