White Label Google Ads: Pricing, Setup and How the Process Works
Paid search is one of the easiest services to add to an agency and one of the easiest to get wrong. Clients see the spend every month. If tracking is off or the account wastes budget, they notice fast.
This guide explains how we price white label Google Ads at White Label Agency and exactly how we run an account for an agency partner. It draws on our pricing page and our white label Google Ads service.
The two costs: setup and monthly management
White label Google Ads is priced in two parts.
- Campaign setup, measured in hours, per platform.
- Monthly management, priced by tier.
Keep the client's ad spend separate from both. Spend goes to Google or Microsoft. Setup and management are what you pay us and what you mark up.
Setup: what is included, by platform
| Platform | Setup limit | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Up to 10 hours | Consultation and campaign build, Responsive Search Ads, ad extensions, landing page suggestions, custom Display ads if needed, analytics check, conversion rules for forms and phone calls |
| Microsoft Ads (Bing) | Up to 5 hours | Import from Google, then adjust |
| LinkedIn and Facebook | Up to 5 hours | Initial campaign setup |
| Geofencing on Simpli.fi | Up to 10 hours | Campaign setup on the Simpli.fi network |
We can use an existing campaign as the starting point, but the same pricing and time limits apply.
Creative. Your client can provide ad creative, or our team produces it at $90 an hour. We write search ad copy as part of management.
Monthly management: what you get
Our monthly management fee is based on a pricing tier, tied to ad spend. Contact our team for the tier that fits each client. Every tier covers:
- Ad messaging aimed at the client's core audience
- Optimization with Google's available tools
- Conversion tracking and reporting
- Ongoing keyword analysis and negative keyword management
- Bid analysis and adjustments
- Search, Display and Video campaigns in Google and Microsoft Ads
- A white-labeled report after the close of each month
- Up to one hour of phone or Zoom time to talk through results
Terms are month-to-month with no client minimum.
How we run an account, step by step
Here is the process every partner account follows.
- Audit. We review the current account and show what is wasting spend. Many partners use the audit to win or expand the client.
- Campaign plan. Structure, keywords, budgets and targeting, packaged for you to present under your brand.
- Copy and landing pages. Ad copy written to earn the click. Landing page recommendations, or a full page build through our web development team.
- Tracking. Form and call conversions are set up before spend goes live. No tracking, no launch.
- Optimization. Ongoing work on targeting, keywords, negatives, bids and conversion rate.
- Reporting. A white-labeled monthly report you can send as your own.
Around that sits the same partnership rhythm we use for every service: a discovery call for scope and wholesale pricing, a kick-off call with a project plan, onboarding with a dedicated project coordinator and weekly meetings, then execution and monthly reporting.
Campaign types we manage
Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Remarketing and Performance Max in Google Ads, plus Microsoft Ads. We also set up LinkedIn, Facebook and Simpli.fi geofencing campaigns. If the client also wants Meta campaigns run month to month, see white label Facebook Ads.
What it looks like in practice
- Roofing contractor, Northern Virginia. On the same core campaign, the paid search conversion rate went from 8.8% to 12.2% in one year, and paid search conversions rose 38%, from 1,646 to 2,275. Read the roofing case study.
- Family practice law firm. In a costly legal search market, we rebuilt the account around low-competition keywords with Search-only campaigns, tight ad groups and call tracking, then expanded to Meta and Bing. Read the law firm case study.
- Landscape supply company. PPC impressions and clicks rose 200%. Read the landscape supply case study.
